This notice explains what information we collect when you contact Serana Travel, why we collect it and how you can ask us to change or remove it.

When you complete the contact form on this website, we collect the information you choose to provide: name, email address, phone number if supplied, travel dates, destinations of interest, number of travellers and any notes you add about the journey. We do not ask for payment details or sensitive personal data through this website.
We use the information you share to respond to your enquiry, understand the journey you have in mind, prepare a proposal and coordinate the details of a journey if you decide to work with us. We also use it to keep in touch about an active enquiry or an ongoing journey.
Enquiries sent through this website reach us by email. Google Workspace (Google email) is our current email provider and processes those messages on our behalf, under our instructions and only so that we can receive and respond to your enquiry.
We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to answer your request and, where a journey goes ahead, for as long as the journey and any related commercial or accounting obligation requires. Enquiries that do not become client journeys are deleted or anonymised after 12 months of inactivity.
You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct it, update it, request its deletion, withdraw a consent you previously gave, or object to a specific use. We will respond to such requests within the timeframes required by applicable Colombian data-protection law.

We may update this notice as our tools or practices change. The date shown above reflects the most recent revision.
