These terms describe how our curation service works, what is confirmed and when, and how supplier conditions apply to a journey.

Serana Travel designs and coordinates bespoke journeys. Our work includes listening to what the journey should make possible, researching and proposing routes, hotels and experiences, and coordinating confirmed details. The scope of each engagement is described in the proposal shared with you.
Any figure, route, hotel, experience or date discussed in a conversation or shown in a proposal is indicative until it is confirmed in writing by Serana Travel. Availability and conditions are verified individually with each supplier, and nothing is reserved on your behalf until that written confirmation exists.
Where a planning fee applies, its amount, what it covers and when it is payable are stated in writing before the work begins, and the work starts once you have accepted those conditions. The planning fee covers research, design and coordination time and is separate from the cost of the travel services themselves.
Hotels, airlines, cruise lines, transport operators, guides and other providers deliver their services under their own terms and conditions. Those terms apply to your booking alongside this document, and we share the relevant conditions with you before any reservation is confirmed.
Changes or cancellations requested after a reservation is confirmed follow the conditions of the suppliers involved, which vary by provider, rate and date. We explain the applicable conditions before confirmation, and we assist you in requesting any change or cancellation with the suppliers concerned. Amounts already paid to suppliers are refundable only to the extent their conditions allow.
We are responsible for the curation, design and coordination work we undertake. We are not the operator of the services provided by third parties, and events outside our reasonable control — including supplier decisions, weather, health situations and other disruptions — remain subject to the conditions of the providers concerned. Nothing in this document limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
